They're here in the sponsor directory, but the ECU upgrade they offer on their website is different from what the ebay listing states.

As taken from the PerfectPower website:

"ECU Upgrade
16 hp gain on cars already equipped with supercharger reduction pulley
$750"

Cool, thanks. What I didn't really understand, is everyone talks about ECU
upgrades like you just did, yet they are talking about a "chip". Even though
it looks like & mounts like the Shark thingey~
Maybe it's the Sudafeds....

The PerfectPower isn't a chip, it's a piggyback system. Basically, you are hacking into the wiring harness and corrupting signals between the DME and its sensors (and thus bypassing safety mechanisms as well). My advice is to go for an actual reprogramming of the performance maps in the DME before going for a hack job like the item you found on eBay.
