Dan,

I just want to say thanks for going out of your way and helping me get the problem fixed from the intake. I got the replacement tube today (a holiday) and it brightened my day. I hope you got my last email where I said I needed the fasteners. I will have to buy a cleaning kit from you soon.

I won't be on here that much since our team isn't really welcome here. You're more than welcome to visit us at MIGHTY MINIZ INN

Talk to you soon and many thanks again!

Ivan,

I'm glad that I could help you and your situation. I did Get your message, and I'm sending that out from a spare kit I had here. Customer Service is one thing I try hard on, may not always succede to the level that I want to, but try my hardest.

Mabye I'll stop bye and Chit Chat at the Inn

Thanks
Dan

Dan,
I'd also like to thank you for your products.
I recently ordered and installed the Pilo ignition upgrade kit and it looks and works great. Easy and no problems. I have the M7 plasma booster and all is cool.
Keep up the good work.
