I would like to install a shift light in my Cooper S. I was thinking about going with Auto Meter, but you have to buy a module (spelling) to get the shift light to work. I will thenl have like $200.00 in a shift light. There was a post (I can no longer find it.) where a guy installed a shift light with no problems. He even told how to install it. Its a shift light that had LED's in it with a RPM disply in the center. The shift light is around $125.00-$135.00. Do you know what shift light this was? The name was something like S------& Warner performance gauges. It was something like that. For the life of me I cant remember who it was. If you know the make, please let me know.
