Possible, I only had the NM Hard pipe installed as the EDepot pipe came late last night while I wasn't home. I'll say this...I had the car at 18-19 psi on a few runs while Jan was doing his testing and it ran great with his software, I actually made more TRQ during those runs at 251wtq. As always though, better safe than sorry and he brought it down...however, MINIP reported higher numbers in real world driving...possible I could achieve more...

MINIP was like give me 20 lbs! Jan was like only if you want your parts flying off! Good times today.

Trust me dude...wait it out, especially since Jan is finding more every week. It's worth the wait...

Even beside the tune, he is a wealth of knowledge and knows what he is doing. Ask anyone there today, it was worth it.

The red lines signify my baseline dyno runs from 4/3/2009. The bottom red being HP and the top WTQ.

The green lines sginify my RMW Tune from today, 5/21/2009. Again, the bottom being the HP and the top the WTQ.

Now here is a Dyno chart with less HP but more WTQ. Over 250wtq!!

And here are some pix of my car on the dyno today...

Jimmy, THESHOP owner, and Jan discussing car stuff...

Jan doing work!

Videos to come soon!!

I almost forgot dude!

This guy today had a sweet clubman. He kept telling us how he wanted the JCW Clubman and the story why he couldn't get one. When Jan hooked up to his car, he realized he needed to call Dimsport for maps.

When Jan gave him all the numbers from the ecu, he found out MINI uploaded the JCW Stage 1 software to the car!

If I remember correctly, he hit 200whp, not sure of his trq though. However, he had no exhaust system at all. Just Super-AGS and ALTA IC.

So there you have some JCDub results homie! When he chimes in he can give more details...he is doing a move all weekend from PA to NY. Not sure when he will be back on...I'll get the numbers off my videos when they upload...

That tune would be worth it right there. Bumping up the Stage I kit an add'l 20whp.... wow, I'd take that.

I'm trying to sign up for the KY tune in Louisville.

Here is the the final chart for the transformed clubby, I think if I had an exhaust numbers would be higher but the car is 1000% more fun to drive. It used to shake, rattle at every stop light now just runs smoooth, no more rattles and vibration in the dash. It pulls harder and I can finally feel the turbo kick in when I get on it. Just want to say thanks to Jan for working is magic and Steve for organizing things.

Sounds like it was a lot of fun and everyone left with a lot more than they came with.

I'm curious though - I noticed a tailpipe sniffer. How accurate can that be for A/F since there are a couple CATs the exhaust goes through first?

No problem man! Glad you made it out. I'll be seeing you again I'm sure, either at the Glen or in PA.

BTW, nicest clubman I've ever seen!

I'd like to stay emissions friendly/legal & re-enable it with a tune, like the Euro R56's & JCW's.

Isn't that the point?? The gases go through the cats and the rear sensors take a reading. If it's still too rich for instance, the sniffer will pick it up so Jan can make adjustments to try again.

At least I thought that was the point.

Oh in that case I'm not sure if that can be controlled by the tune, but I tell you what...that Turbo sounds much meaner now!!

AWD, I wish! Yeah, it is quite impressive how quickly my car gets up...I mean it explodes. So much more improved, and like Killerfox said, the driveability has increased tremendously. Smooth is a great way to describe it and the throttle response is still making me smile

nope, that is not the point. The point is to measure the A/F directly as it comes out of the engine to keep you from going too lean (rich too but that's not dangerous like lean)..

many but certainly not all dynos can measure A/F directly from the o2 sensor near the turbo before the first cat. My understanding is the cats can change the measured A/F.
