i've noticed the last couple of times taking my i/c out; i have no oil or residue at all . it's perfectly clean . when i was running ww fluid it was blue all thru intake and i/c . now with pure meth or meth / water it's just perfectly clean . my m7 occ has been in for a yr and showing no oil at all in glass / plastic tube . go figure . for meth .!!

 

where are you injecting the water / meth in at? pre supercharger? pre intercooler? post intercooler? combo?

 

I'm guessing somewhere pre intercooler. Methanol, like any alcohol, is going to clean as it passes through the system. It's a degreaser just like Acetone and brake/carb cleaner.

 

post i/c . the system it seems more or less coughs when going on boost and off . from pressure to vac. the flow seems to ebb like a tide . it was interesting to see the blue all thru the i/c and beyond ; as i'm injecting post i/c .
