Clicking and grinding noise!

First is the grinding noise. It seems to be coming from the front driver side. It is not constant but when I drive over a bump or something, it sounds like something is either dragging on the ground or grinding something near the wheel. From what I have seen there is not visible problem.
The second the clicking whenever I brake. Every time I press the brakes, a clicking noise starts. I have no clue what it is but it seems to becoming from the back.
Any answers would be appreciated!

The clicking would make me think CV joint. On the other hand I was recently getting a strange recuring sound from my right front on my 06 MCS with 38k and the factory LSD. Brought it in(still under warranty thank god ) to the dealer last week. They said it was the gearbox and that there was a factory update to the fluid. They changed it out and its back to normal. I wasn't able to find out the specs on the fluid they put in but I'm going to check back with there service manager.
