Man, I just absolutely love your car . You've raised the bar on where to take these cars. Nicely done.

I just noticed that you also have the rear DFIC scoop. Did that DFIC start out as a M7 one? Or is it a complete custom design for the turbo setup?

Yes, a bit overkill but I love the way it turned out & the "stereo" BOV's sound amazing...

Absolutely magnificent!
An all around, well thought out, designed, and executed package.

Just a few questions:
-Are those flares from the link mentioned before? (https://www.plminishop.com/product-N...c5a303186b689a)
-What method did you use to tint your tail lights? (film, spray, new lenses, etc...) and where did you get the materials?

With all these high HP Mini's roaming around, it has cauded me to seriously consider some drastic power upgrades. I would love to put down 250 or so to the wheels, reliably. I think that would be ideal for me.

As I said before, wonderful Job!

All the credit to M7 for a great product....(I Love My Intercooler)... And with the use of their Exit Scoop the temperature deltas & recovery rate are unreal...

And Many Thanks to the good Dr. for putting up with my crazy requests on form, my vision was recreated to a T...

WOW... All these complements are making my head swell...

Yes they are, but it was alot of work to get them to fit an "S" let alone an "S' with the aero package. I have started the production of a quality set of wide arches with the provision of the factory marker lamps to fit early "S" models....Stay Tuned......

It is a film kit that I purchased from Moss Mini, here's a link:http://www.mossmini.com/Shop/ViewPro...eIndexID=44886

Go For It... You won't regret it...

Thanks Again

Are these photos of the older arches you modified, or of your forthcoming "custom" ones? Just trying to understand what I'm looking at...

BTW - I see you had high mileage on those tires at that point.

So its been a few days and i found not a peep about the challenge that Revolution Mini Works brought up in another post.

Here we are in the world of forums. People constantly calling other people out and most the time people dont step up to the challange. Jan ( i think thats yours name ) IM STILL HERE Johnny's key in hand. Im still waiting to see your supercharged cabrio mini run. Im still here ready to show you that this show car will back its dyno sheet up. I will back up Johnnys Claim about the fastest Cabrio ( in the mini forums under drivetrain cooper s ) Just to refresh your memory i quoted the last post i made on the other thread below.

So Jan, ( if i got your name wrong i appologize ) i hate to put it bluntly, Step up or back down behind this mini that is ready to backup its looks as well as its power.

He's the one in this thread talking about his power to the wheels.... I say bring it on out.... I will bring a supercharged Cabrio and we both can see who is faster.... don't you think that's fair?

Seriously.... with that much power it won't be a race..........will it?

Quote:

Well it seems to me that you are the one calling him out to back it up. WELL LETS GO !!!

Then you step it up and challenge him.
Yup Still Here and ready!!!!!

I respond to your challenge and call you out on it. Lets do this. I have no doubt that Johnny's car will hold its own. Hell, If John isnt busy I guarantee he will race you himself. Day is still young, his car is detailed and ready to go... I can meet you and run you in less than an hour. you want him to prove that his Cabrio isnt the fastest, bring yours and shut him, myself and others up.

Yes he did post he has the fastest cabrio..... Last i checked this is a mini cooper forum and he also posted it under "drive train ( cooper S ) " Were you really not able to understand what he meant?

Im new to the these forums but its funny how many people are PMing me to tell me you will never go for it. I hope im not wasting my time on a bench racer. Dude, its a simple this car pulled that car by this much. After the race Johnny's car will either have backed up his title or not. Isnt that what you are asking for? Bring your Mini Cabrio and run. If you are concerned that it wont be a close race, Ask for some space, whats the wosrt that will happen?

So, just incase you dont have the number...
