From the looks of it it's from a Porsche Boxster

good eye, that is the exhaust for 07+ MCS from VIP Customs...they list the tip as an OEM Porsche # and I dont know of any other porsche that has oval tips other than the boxter "non s"

Check with Alta, but I think you can order just this tip and it might fit the Alta Catback you have.

I have seen that one. I am not sure how to explain it but it looks a little to rectangle like. The quicksliver tip and the boxter tip have more of a flat top half and and a rounder bottom half. As opposed a flat bottom and top with rounded sides.

There's one for sale on Ebay:

Weird, as I've been looking for oval tips for my new straight through exhaust this morning...
It's hard to find something nice, that's for sure.
I'd prefer a weld-on rather than the Porsche clamp on one.
