My car is sluggy with upgrades on - problem?

I got to drive my car a good full day today and it is definitely slower than it was (2006 JCW engine tuning kit). What could the problem be other than fine tuning?

Has the following performance related upgrades on:
RMW head
RMW header
RMW cam
NGK iridium plugs colder range
Alta 17% pulley with new belt
440cc injectors
Alta JCW filter
GRS intercooler
MSD coil + wires

Do you think my cam was installed incorrectly? The car doesn't want to rev past 5000rpm. No warning lights are on.

Dropped it off today for the fine tune, the guy told me they will check if the cam was installed properly. Other than that what else could possibly be wrong? Car is also not making any strange noises.

It could be a boost leak, or a slipping belt.

I checked both - I'm even boosting higher than I was according to boost gauge since my 17% pulley. So it can't be that.

While I'm on the subject, does anybody know how much pressure/flow rate the 440cc injectors are pushing out from RMW?

Boosting higher? In a lot of cases when you install high flow parts like that you should boost lower...

Check the header for an exhaust leak.

just bolting on parts does not make a car necessarilly faster. It probably needs to be tuned. The cam can only go on one way, unless someone installed it somehow without the cam holding tool (and its off a tooth). Keep us updated

I've got before dyno's - no after dyno's yet. They will dyno the car at the place to see what it is putting down now.

Thank you all for your responses and suggestions, I will forward them to the tuner.

I wasn't expecting it to go without a tune anyways, but shouldn't it at least be better than what it was over stock? Wouldn't it set off any lights on the dash if the cams were installed incorrectly?

Try sticking the stock coil and wires back on.

They could have installed the cam a bit out by a tooth either way. A few people have managed to do that recently.

if you have 440 injectors and jan has not tuned it yet ..... that is your problem. the car will not work with the 440s . pull them out and throw in your 380 injectors or get jans tune asap.
