Hi All

Is any one running a dual disc Clutch on the street? I have a 2003
Mini Cooper S with 80,000 miles. I had great success using a dual disc clutch in my Camaros and Chevelles, but how do they work in the Mini?

I understand the whole motor has to come out to change the clutch. If this is true, how much more labor is it to install a quaffee limited slip or locker?
With 80,000 plus miles, should I be looking to rebuild the trans while it is out?

 

Hmm, i dont think the car is making enough HP to warrent a dual disc clutch.

 

We made the first twin disc for the Mini in conjunction with Clutchmaster. It was made for our drag car. No need for one on the street
the Cusco differential is the best one out there now

 

my brother has one in his evo3, wouldn't recomend it in a street app but he does without to many issues
