Non-S vs. S Head

Is there a difference between the two heads? Iam under the impression that there is not.. I would appreciate some insight..

Casting is the same, valves are different.

If you got to RealOEM and compare the Cooper head side by side with an S head the only part #'s that are differeing are the valves. Everything else is the exact same part #, even the cam.

The S head has Inconel valves, while the Cooper head does not... There is a very big difference in the heft of the valves when you have both in your hands...
