I received my madness air intake for my Cooper S yesterday and installed it (very easy, it took all of 20 minutes).

My only question is, I noticed when I connected the air intake hose to the new madness intake, it did not seat exactly against the wall of the intake inlet tube. It is seated on the top portion, but towards the bottom (because of the cold air inlet and the position of the air inlet tube) it is not seated right up against the wall. When I installed it, I actually butted the tube against the wall, but as I've been driving it it came free a little. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix it?

Thanx,
Manny

Mine did that initially, but I found that eventually, with a more elbow grease and banged up knuckles, I was able to seat it and tighten it down with the ring clamp. So far, so good.
