Haven't posted for a while,,, too busy with the stock Market,,

However, the 1st thing that came to my mind when I saw the box was a new SC.

So Jan, is this another option besides the Rotrex for those that want a different blower replacing the M45? If so, would there have to be any other replacement parts, specially internals, to cope with the new found power?

on this blower .............yes
this blower is capable of pushin 28psi

with the one we will size for the 1.6L.........not sure but possibly depending on how hard you want to push it.

So basically take the M45 out and throw this on and your good to go or would you need new water pumps, IC unit and sorts to keep the engine cool?

Sounds awesome.

Correct me if I'm wrong, is this a simpler way of going to a new blower when compared to the Rotrex since that project took a long time to develop and needed lots of work?

If so, I was just waiting for something like this. A bigger, stronger bolt on blower that replaced the M45.

the Rotrex is fine, it's a totally different type of blower. Both have their advantages depending on the way you drive

in the end if we can get the TVS 900 with a special case and water pump then it will be the cheaper way to go

Now comes the important part of this questioner,,, what power gains are expected and the approximate range of cost for this blower?

cost yet to be determined

have to start saving money again.

Jan I was flirting with the idea of organizing another tunning session in the future in the north bay. However, I want Danny to come along as well. Perhaps we can hold it at the BRracing shop. The owners were the father and son you met when you were up here.

Or as 2nd option we can use the same Goodies shop we used last time since they were cool people and might allow Danny to do some work too at the same time. What are your thoughts and opinion?

Just realized that BRracing does not have a dyno machine as soon as I typed that. So Goodies shop would have to be it for now.

Perhaps we can have it when the new blower is ready and set to go on.

What water pump would you recommend for a kit like this? Same electric style used with the Rotrex kit? What company makes them?
