Fuel pressure adapter

Hi everyone,

I wanto to connect a fuel pressure sensor to my MCS. AS far as I have seen, the fuel rail got a port for such an adapter (covered with no. 2).

Does anyone know the size of this thread ? Is it metrical ? I tried several metrical ones, best fit was M12, but it was not perfect ! So I think it must be eather an US-thread or be a DASH or JIC thread ?

What size do I need ?

Many thanks for you help !

Carter

Sorry I can’t provide the thread size, but the fitting is a standard GM & Chrysler fuel pressure test port size and fits most vehicles except Ford. When I was making a right angle Schrader valve adaptor for my fuel pressure test gauge, I started with a Google search on fuel pressure test gauges and drilled down to accessories and adaptors (OTC7430). With adaptor in hand I was able to modify it with parts from an auto parts store brass fitting section. The adaptor leaked like crazy BTW, so avoid the overpriced, POS, OTC product.
