i want to buy a dinan cat-back or i guess axle-back system and from what i read i need a stage 2 with it,because ive been reading and for my understanding is that what i need to install it. some help will be nice.

Do they make cat-backs now? I think it's only a free-flow single side exhaust that uses the stock center pipe.

 

well i thought that too but for that price just for an axle-back is alot of money but ur also payin for the name too. but i still need to know if i need the software upgrade to install the exhaust and my car wont throw codes.. thanks

I don't have the dinan but I am sure that it won't throw codes. I know people that I met from car shows who have even a more free flowing cat-backs without issues.

 

it won't throw codes, but having the software makes a big difference.

 

I also have the Dinan exhaust too, LOVE it but if you have a intake get a stage 3 flash too... well worth it!
