For ECU mapping... does a one-ball = a catback?

I have a unichip that never has worked in my car... (got it used) I'm sending it off to unichip to get re-mapped and checkout. My question is that when they map it, should i tell them to include the catback since i have a one-ball?

Yes, but it shouldn't make much difference.
