Hello, I have revently had my car in storage for about 3 months. I just got it out of storage and now the Service engine soon light is on, aswell as the EML light. Anybody know what this could be from? when i put the car in storage it was fine. and there were no leaks or anything from where it was parked.

 

Would start with the Belt and if ok, then start checking to make sure something didnt snack on hoses/wires while in storage...

 

no i know theres no problem with rodents and stuff it was kept in a showroom. so it was safe from all the weather and animals etc etc. i checked the belts everything there looks good.

 

I have had the "Service Engine Soon" light on for over 10 months and haven't been able to resolve it.

You need to check for cpu codes, you might be having a vacuum leak somewhere like mine is. The problem could be anything and you won't know until you check the codes.

 

yeah i think im just going to take it to the service center.
