Nitrous Install

I'm planning on installing the m7 Venom nitrous kit this weekend along with a purge kit and a bottle warmer. Does know of a how-to with good pictures or can anyone just offer some advice? I've never installed nitrous before and want to make sure it's done right!

Invest in something like this:
http://www.bordersstores.com/search/...chType=Keyword
And find a tuner who's had experience with the gas. This is one of those deals like fabbing a turbo kit or building a motor. Find a pro. Ignore what 98% of the internet clowns say. Start with MSFITOY and see what he says than go from there. Start by learning as much as you can: http://www.hotrod.com/techarticles/n...ogy/index.html

After reading through the instructions a few times I am not too worried about the install but some pictures of the kit on a car would help. I've seen some of the engine bay before but never any of the boot or underneath the car. Anyone got any?

When it was working I sprayed it in 2nd at about 3500. I'm getting the bottle filled sometime this week and I'm going to try to make a video of a few runs with it.

i have my perge set up so that it spreays on to the intercooler. that way i can sort of get a little more cooling power out of it. because with our cars the purge really isnt that needed. it looks col to when it shoots out of the hood scoop 15 feet haha. i may get another bottle just for the IC sprayer so i dont use all my gas.

but yeah im only running at size 24 jet and i have great power. and it cools well too.

im intrested to know about the M7 kid though!
great pictures by the way

Thanks! That's a good idea you have with the purge spraying the intercooler. I might look into that. Any pictures of how you have it set up?

So why all the issues with the install? What parts did you have to replace? What HP jets are you using?

And for the people using the IC cooler sprayer things.. How did you mount them? I have extra Co2 tanks I use for my 4x4 truck. I was thinking about mounting one for cooling the IC in the summer.

Well after I installed it the first time, I used the wrong tap which made the nozzle loose. I replaced the intercooler horn and retapped it after ordering the right tap online. Also, when I was driving in heavy rain, the connections on the injectors got wet and caused a voltage issue. I had to have the car towed and get the computer reset. After that I soldered and heatshrunk the connections. Right now I'm using the red nozzle which is .030" (not sure what size shot that is).
