I have vid clips of the RMW head, RMW/Magnaflow header/exhaust on teh dyno and the RMW head, RMW header/Hushpower setup (both 06 Cooper S). I'll post them tomorrow....got to get on the road to head to VA

had to cut short the tuning b/c I'm way overdue leaving, but the new setup did 233hp and 197 lb/ft. no restrictions from the exhaust and it's quieter for sure

I thought I took these from the same spot, but 30F temps and the willingness to get back inside means I was further back on my car (a bit quieter due to this, but RIPPER's was clearly louder to all)

Funny, I didn't find either loud enough (in the videos at least)...

keep in mind it wasn't a video camera, but a video taken with a normal point and shoot. The sound was ear-ringing.....120db+ in the dyno cell. The camera's mic doesn't have that range

You can clearly here how PGT's car is loader at idle but much mellower at WOT.

Glad to see you finally made some good power . Your TQ awsome.

Do you have the new or old Magnaflow? I have the new and changed the resonator to their 2 1/2" inner dia one. The one it comes with chocks down to 2" dia on the inside of the resonator.

my first one had weld break so Jan had magnaflow send me a new muffler so I guess It's the newest muffler

there was a bit of smoke (ok, a lot ) - the exhaust was brand new and it was all the stuff burning out of it. by the last run, it was all gone
