Drivetrain obx lsd, where to buy?
I see the OBX as a very inexpensive alternative for people that have the technical knowledge to determine if it is manufactured and assembled correctly, or have the personal accountability to understand they cannot expect the same quality or service as an $1100 Quaife. The OBX is a Chinese rip-off of the Quaife; this means that it might work, might last, and might save you money in the long run. That said, no dollar amount will make the Quaife invincible, but as a consumer you should be able to expect less risk with the Quaife. If that piece of mind is worth the dollar amount, then you've answered your own question.

While I don't have near 250hp, I do have some go fast mods on my car and I definitely drive the snot out of it - completely legal autocross - NEVER on the streets! I do so with excellent confidence and piece of mind that I'm planting the power with a Quaife! I would be leary of something that sounds too good to be true - but, to each his own.
