Does anyone have a StopTech or Wilwood Big Brake kit installed that can tell me what the effect was on wheel offset?

They don't. The rotor hat thickness is very similar to stock.

Now, whether your wheels clear the new calipers is a different story....one for the Wheel/Tire/Brake forum *cough cough*

Stoptech's templates have known to be off...FYI. Not all wheels fit. My wheel is +42 and I clear by a hair with 5mm spacers.

 

It's often easy to calculate the caliper body overhang of the kit (as I show on the wheel fit page in the Tool Box tab) but that's only a number. The bigger issue is often caliper body shape relative to the spoke shape. Where and how quickly the spokes curve back to the outer rim can be very difficult to figure on exactly.

 

DetroitTuned BBK with 18" RH wheels (+40 offset)... Needed 5mm spacers to clear the calipers by about 1-2mm.
