Can't wait to get my hands on this one. Checked out Quaife's site. Looks like it won't be available until Oct (Damn!!!!!!!) I remember seeing some mini site advertising a Limited Slip diff for the cooper -Minimania?

If anyone knows of a site selling the diffs let me know. I'm curious about which final drive ratio is best 4.10 or 4.64.

Now if I can only find a reduction pulley for the super charger(Rogue) I could really wake that S up. Acceleration is a real let down in the Cooper S.

there has been a lot of discussion about pulley changes on the S and the big problem turns out to be that they are pressed on and that requires a major effort to replace. there was also speculation that the water pump - is which driven off the same pulley might cavitate.

i think it is noteworthy that (from what one reads sofar) JCW's 200 hp S kit changes the rotor blades on the supercharger and no the pully. I imagine this is easier as a diffrenet pitch will move more air at the same rpm.

Also with the LSD swap it is a major rebuild of the transmission (unlike RWD) and I've seen estimates of $1500 to $2000. This is a lot of money on top of the unit iself.
