Drivetrain Front end shaking help needed.
ditto on this ; my left side is done due to a pot hole and yup the shakes are there . came on slow but no doubt it's the bushings .
Be aware that the 03 and earlier cars had a softer bushing that is more prone to failure. To check it, use a prybar between the the frame and the control arm as close to the bushing as you can get. There is supposed to be some compliance, but should not move TOO freely.
Ah. Good information. So that explains why my 04's are still good after 70k miles.

A little update. The cause seems to be less sinister: front rims are bent and one of them is cracked. Will see if new rims will fix the problem.
Here's an interesting stat for you...
