I e-mailed JCW across the pond, so to speak, asking about an air intake kit for the MCS package since their MC tuner package has one. They said that they are working on it and hope to have one soon. No specified time table though. I might just try the K&N filter right now once the car arrives.

My mileage since the JWC install has gotten a bit better on long hauls & remains the same around town. This is after 2800 miles.
-I think you are experiencing a problem.
-Hope you find a solution & good luck

I've had my Works MCS since June 12th and love it.... allready had the BMP ProMini intake on it, other than that no other performance mods....

The only things I am really considering for the future are new wheels/tires, engine sway bar, hotter plug wires, and someday down the road bigger brakes and upgraded suspension.

Question regarding plug wires though, especially in conjunction with the JCW kit....

are they snake oil or do they actually do anything beneficial, hotter wires I mean - Nology and the like.... what's the purpose of getting aftermarket plug wires, other than wanting to color coordinate your engine bay....
