Drivetrain Straightening one-ball exhaust?
Straightening one-ball exhaust?
I just replaced my exhaust with a one ball from another car. VERY pleased with it in every way, except for one- it hangs sharply to the left, and looks a bit goofy with hte tips not lined up. Are there any quick ways to straighten it out?
Sure - lossen it all up, line it up and then clamp it back down. I hard the one ball (the Minspeed conversion pipe) and it was perfec - no goofyness.
I have the Minspeed pipe and it was perfect just had to test fit and cut alot to get it all centered up down the tunnel and out the back. Then I had it welded to seal it up. I am removing my one-balled exhaust and replacing it with an M7 Exhaust
The one ball is a seriously awesome mod for me, especially since I didn't spend a dime on it, other than some hardware to clamp it on. I removed my old exhaust and traded my friend one of my extra exhaust brackets for the one-ball he used to have on his car. Best free exhaust mod. Sounds great, definetly some low-end power there, love it.
Just need to straighten it out, and figure out where it's rattling on a heat shield.
