What is the right Cat to put on

As the title says, what is the right Catalytic Converter to put on a highly modified Cooper S. Is it a 200 Cell Stainless Steel High Flow Cat or a 400 Cell. Maybe some of the Vendors could jump in give me their thoughts

I would go for a 100 cell high-flow cat personally... which is what I used on my track toy... which is a slightly modified Porsche 944 Turbo (dynoing ~475 RWHP on 93 pump... up from a stock ~220@ crank)

HTH.
