I think that in the near future all the big dealers and tuners should go head to head and show what their cars and parts can do. Give them two rules 1- a minimum weight and 2- stock short block. What does everyone else think?

 

Well, this has kinda already been done by Car & Driver Magazine this year at their 4-Cylinder Super Tuner Challenge. Various makes and models were tested as were various top name tuners like HKS and Neuspeed... and Madness. :smile:

I believe he meant all MINI Tuners and not 1 MINI Tuner against a bunch of other cars like was done at the Car and Driver or EuroTuner events...while those are great to see the MINI stacked up against other cars it would be interesting in a 6 months from now see a group of MINI tuners do a challenge.

 

Yes just MINI's. I should have been more clear. So to be more clear about what I mean 1/8, 1/4, roadcourse, dyno. The last is to help see what was car and what was driver. One more rule might need to be added all the same tires.
