Drivetrain Which belt for 19% Pulley?

Which belt for 19% Pulley?
I know there have been numerous threads about this, but there are two options regarding the belt for the 19% pulley. The Napa 060535 and the 060539....so which is which? Alta says the 535 is good for the 19% but there are others who say that the 539 is the way to go?
