Thanks to TSW!
I had a TSW damper that I had tried to get to work correctly and couldn't.
Called Jeff at TSW World HQ and he said to bring it over and he would look at it and try to adjust it.
Jeff looked at the damper and decided it was defective (one of only 2-3 they have sold) and replaced it.
