Glad you and others like the old original Magna like I'm loving mine. I still can't understand the reasoning the poster above made about the souund being too loud!!!

I provided a link above in my prior post to illustrate what an original Magnaflow sounds like and that is with all the other mods I have made. It sound no louder than Miltek or Borla in my opinion and I have heard all of the other sound clips inside out.

Anyway, I have recently installed the OBX header with DDM. The sound has changed a bit. There is a noticable (loving music) /drone in the entire range of the revs when at throttle. The OBX header hasbeen by far an AMAZING addition to my mods as far as performance, overall trq. and noise factor. I will add another new sound clip to share with all here to see the difference between the Magnaflow pre and post OBX install.

 

You like that OBX do ya? I have the same combo and don't understand the bit about it being loud either.
Notice how it starts pulling earlier at much lower RPM's.

I LOVE IT.

The eperformance is just amazing. It must be the combination of my big valve head/cam along with other mods that just took my car to another level when I installed the OBX.

Like I said earlier, the car in 5th and 6th gear pulls like it's 2 gears lower when accelerating. It's day and night different than what I had before with the stock header. My friend was at a loss/amazement at how the car responded when I went full throttle in high gears. I know I'm repeating myself here but I am just absolutely estatic with this mod. To top if off, the sound is more sportier like the car has gotten super hungry and wants to rip the asphalt.
