There is plenty out there.

Search on the vendors and look for upgrades specifically for the new 2007 R56 MINI in base cooper or Cooper S.

The cabrio is not considered R56 for 2007 it's a different model based on the older 2006 MINIs.

Good examples are-
Outmotoring.com Look for the 2007 hardtop MINIs
Webbmotorsports.com
Most of the vendors have stuff, if you don't see them then email and ask them for help.

Hi NickC797, welcome to NAM. Yes there are many products already available; we've all found that R53 shocks fit with the use of stock R56 strut plates, and Helix13's rear shock adapters. ALTA has many products for the R56, H&R has springs and coilovers available, and Milltek and Quicksilver have exhausts already.

I highly recommend taking a look at this link [it's a flash video, very funny!]

Cheers!
Ryan

I will rename this thread with "upgrades"

I like the video too.

Vendor announcements have good stuff for the R56 like this-

Also give it a little bit of time. The R56 has enough differences from the R53 that it's going to take a shops a little bit to catch up with all the changes, and give you a whole bunch of choices.

A little harsh don't you think? Not everyone has been on the "forum" bandwagon since the beginning of time like a lot of us.

But very funny in general. Girls had to watch much more gentle and idotic films when I was young.

Shameless plug for my work: but yes ALTA has a ton for the car. From short shifters, antennas, suspension bits, exhaust, intercooler diverters, blow-off valves, etc. all shippable TODAY! Plus the H&R springs and coilovers. Waht more do you want ;-)

Let me know if I can help! Thanks!
