Which Software for low end torque?

I'm thinking about upgrading the software on my 2003 MCS JCW.

Currently I have a Mini Madness CAI with the Alta Silicone Snorkel & Screamin Demon Coil with LiveWires.

Based on the the JCW kit hardware and the above mods, which software would give me the best low end torque improvements?

Right now I'm researching MTH & Dinan.

Are there any good tuners in Southern California?

Thanks

Did you ever get info on who is installing Dimsport software in Southern California?
