can anyone tell me the exact differences between the systems, as i can get hold of the v1 system but im not sure whether to get it as ive heard of sealing issues to the supercharger, and that i might had to cut wire to the throttle bodie or something? can anyone clear this up for me? many thanks.

The design became progressivley better as time went on. I would stay away from the v1, because of the sealing issues, if I were you. I think Custom MINI Shop has one of the last v3s in their office. They are also working on bringing the AGS back. Give them a call at (559) 320-0004 and i'm sure they will be able to help you out.

 

1nf3erno is correct throughout the 3 different version it just got better, and no if you get ahold of the plastic tube there will be no problems with airflow, i had trouble but it was because i forgot to put silicone were the tube meets the supercharger, but afterwords it runs and sounds great......

 

but do you have to cut wires with the v1? as this is my maine concern! i know ive said it once before but if anyone is willing to sell i will be more than generous just name your price! as i am really looking for the v3 version!
