Looks like fun - can't wait until my JCW arrives and maybe I can do some lapping in the spring. Cup car guy/gal is probably thinking damn I have to follow this MINI until the next straight! If you two were closer together it might look like you are late braking to pass

Yeah, I was ahead for about one-millionth of a second....there was some pretty potent machinery there (largely Porsches) but when it rained in the afternoon most of them sat in the garage. Myself, a Miata, an M3 and one or two others had the track to ourselves for a LONG time....

Nah, this group is like G52--open passing anywhere on the track (even between 10 and 11)--pointbys are recommended but not required. Keeps you on your toes...

Yikes. Don't think I want to be doing that kind of track day in my new car
