Got a chance to go to the track on Thursday. I got in 21 runs and my best was a 15.4050 @ 92.17. My 60 ft. was 2.4879 and I'm pretty happy with what I did.

My mods include Exhaust, Intake, and Motor Mounts. I had a rough time getting consistent launches and I bogged it a lot more than I would have liked.

I left tire pressure at whatever I run normally. Every run was at 92.XX MPH which was me hitting the rev limiter at 3rd within the last 10 feet.

 

What kind of car, year?

 

Sounds like you had a lot of fun, what track was that at? At leat you got a good baseline to work from now.

 

Ah, forget to mention. 2004 Cooper S with full weight and about a 1/4 tank.

This was at Milan in Michigan.

 

Nice, I used to go up to Milan for test and tune nights every now and then when I lived in MI. Get those 60's down and you'll easily be looking at low 15's.

Ha. I totally forgot about xceedspeed. I used to be a member and regular poster on the forum when I was in highschol. Dorky forum name, but I haven't found another one yet that is open to all car makes and yet remains relatively constructive, civil, and intelligent (at least it was like that when I used to frequent it).

 

Well xceed is still pretty open to everyone, the owner of the site even has an f-body. The civil and intelligent parts have suffered somewhat though. I suppose it's probably just a phase, though it has declined a bit since I joined a few years ago.

 

oh, and I have a 19% pulley on now.
