I just got my latest order from DP in the mail from DHL. I must say the DP Mints are a very nice touch! Spearmint....mmmmmm .

I've got too orders being delivered Friday. I wonder If I'll get mints? I've hit the gallon club with Mystique, but no gallons on this order. I did get free shipping on one of the orders though.....and almost on the 2nd one too.

Not Really!

I have got 4 mints in a little zippy bag with my order.
Guess what I ordered: PC polisher wrench --- $3. That's probably the cheapest product heather sells; I still get mints and DP stickers, it's really nice touch!!! Loving it! I felt DP is all about customer care, not how much products they sell! She'll get all my detailing orders from now on, but I am not too crazy like some of you guys: Order in gallons? How fast can you drink all that?

Now, go easy on Heather! Don't ask for 5 pounds of mints w/ every order! Don't ask her why a $3 order got some mints, and you don't!

To Heather, maybe you should make some transparent stickers for windows, I am sure many proud DPers would put stickers on their window!

Are you sure you aren't mistaking 303 Winshield Washer tablets for mints?

I guess not or you would probably be posting this from the hospital.

I guess I need to place yet another DP order now.

My first order I got 4 mints
My 2nd order (with several gallon items) no mints

Oh well I guess its the thought that counts. Maybe some smaller DP window stickers would be cool to give to customers that way we can show our support as we are driving around

hummm... no consistency...

guess it really depends on if DP's staff are eating mints themselves
and have a handful when they package these boxes.

That's it... we're eating them instead!! No, just kidding.

First, I'm glad that the mints are well received! Have you noticed that there are actually 3 different kinds of mints?

Second though, I'm sorry that some orders have missed out on the mints. To tell you the honest truth, we really *try* to always include the mints regardless of the order or order size. The times we leave them out are purely accidental... some days we have so many orders (plus phone calls plus walk-ins plus receiving more inventory plus, plus, plus!) that we miss something. I know, I know... that's unacceptable! We'll try harder, I promise.

Mints for all!

We do plan on making some decals too... something you should see in your packages sometime pretty soon. Magnets for your tool boxes too.

Here's a question for ya: Would you rather have a Prima decal or a Detailers Paradise decal?? We may just do both but I'm curious to know what you guys would prefer.

Yup. I would say go with the Prima decals if your only going with one... Those would look so awesome.

This is REALLY funny - because on the same day I got my last DP order, I also got an order from another, er, detailing, er, retailer - 303 Windshield Washer tabs. I had just opened those and had them on the counter. Then I opened my DP order. And my initial response to the mints was "OMG - Heather put sample 303 tabs in here!!! And I just ordered them from someone else because I didn't think DP sold them..."

That IS funny... at least it wasn't the other way around and you accidentally ate the washer tabs!

We really should carry the tabs too... in fact, I'll add them to our next 303 order. They've been bugging us about ordering them too. The bummer is that we just received an order from them so it may be awhile....

I got the "mints" too but funny thing, I didn't "eat" them. I was kind of afraid! I thought they were detail samples of some sort and not for eating.

Seems the Law Of Averages has been working against me. I've placed four or five orders through DP (lost count) and I've yet to experience the joy of their free mints.

Hmmmmmm... maybe Heather is trying to tell you Mint Receivers something.

(notice my shiny, white teeth and fresh breath)

That must be why I haven't received any mints either.
