Black & Decker Scumbuster

Anyone have one of these? (see Woot where a two pack is up for sale) Anyone use it for auto polishing/wax? How well did it work?

Here is what one reviewer said about them:
Had one of these years ago. They bust scum like a squirt gun washes an elephant. WORTHLESS.
I dunno why, that just cracked me up
