Forever Black is a GREAT product for your tires!
I've been using Forever Black for about 4 monthes now and think its one of the best products I've ever tried, right next to Klasse "twins". I actually got a brand new set of tires on my winter/rainy day car days after Thanksgiving last year. I cleaned the tires real well and applied ONE coat. I then drove the car for a couple days and ran it through the car wash and applied one more coat. Fast forward 3 monthes of rain, snow and salt and guess what, the tires still had a "natrual sheen' to them. If your looking for something that really lasts, try this product and make sure you've got a good base of the product down and you'll be all set
Are you applying Forever Black Bumper and Trim Reconditioner to your tires? The bottle with the built-in foam applicator? That is not designed to go on tires.
They make a separate product--Forever Black Tire Gel-made for tires. I have a bottle of this but have yet to test it out (you have stumbled upon another of my upcoming tests on some wheel products--but you must wait a bit longer till I mount my summer wheels).

I swear it lasted 3 monthes on my beater car. I applied one coat, let it sit for about a week, ran the car through the car wash, applied another coat and that was it. The reason for re-application was simple, the tires were brand new and they seemed to absorb it, so I decided to apply a second, thin coat. The second coat was applied at the very end of November and here in SE MI we got 4" of rain for the month of December, a mixed bag during January, snow in February and by the end of February the tires still had a natrual sheen to them, kinda like one step above brand new. The stuff is amazingThread
