Yup.

If you claybar with detailing spray instead of soapy water, you won't have to rewash, but that's up to you.

Are you going to polish? If so, that goes before "wax".

i got that prima deal for 99 so if it comes with polish then yeah can anyone tell me if it does

 

I wouldn't rewash after claying either, but it's up to you. It doesn't hurt but it's not necessary.

The Coopersport Combo kit that you got comes with Amigo, which can be used as a pre-wax cleanser-polish. It will help fill some minor imperfections in the paint, cleanse the paint beyond what your soap will do, and will aid in the bonding of the Epic wax (read: can improve durability a bit).

...That's assuming you're applying it by hand. If you're using a PC orbital then Amigo will also do some other things in addition to the above.
