wheel scuff marks removal

Well, after using wonderful MINI assistance to get the car for a dead battery change, I get my car back with nice scuff marks on my pristine white wheels They were made from the straps on the flat bed.
I can't get rid of it...any suggestions?

yep, I even tried clay-bar. The car was strapped for almost 3 hours, and I think the paint was too soft to take it.
I'll try scratchX though. Thanks for the tip.

That stinks!

I was just going to suggest clay- although I think an abrasive is your best bet. If Scratch-X isn't enough, it may take an abrasive with a little more umpf. Let me know if you need some product ideas.
