They included a DVD with their demo infomercial thing, but also a full episode of hometime that includes many other nice garage products. I like those horizontal sliding tool hangers, I saw those on this old house as well. I can keep dreaming!
Well...I pulled the trigger on the free-flow today.

Will post pictures in a week or two

decorative tape) locally?

Perfect timing, kenchan, I was just wondering the same thing!
The weather is starting to cool a bit around here so I'm now seriously looking into ordering my floor epoxy from Original Color Chips, I just need to make my final color choice .

I am not sure if this will fit your needs or not but model airplane hobby shops (and the Tower Hobbies web site) sell checkered trim sheets for models. I think they are about 5" wide by about 36" long and cost about $2 or $3 each.

There are a number of hobby shops around Chicago, including one I have used called Al's Hobby Shop in Elmhurst at 121 Addison Avenue.

I got this tape for my lift. Came in a huge roll. Different widths available. Was pretty cheap. Unfortunately it was a couple years ago and I can't remember the place. They sold all things industrial, trash cans, storage, safety equipment and hundreds of tapes and flagging.

I found them with a google search and they sent a HUGE catalog.

I like the one with the red borders. Maybe I'll look for some for my garage.

I think I hit the motherload . These people have an entire website of checkered stuff .

MiniMaybee, love the shot of the floor. I'm leaning toward the charcoal base, but can't decide on the chip colors. Too many choices!

On a more serious note (not totally) this is a trashcan cover that would probably be a cool way to cover up a stack of wheels if you needed to.

They also sell corrugated cardboard in rolls of 4' by 25', kind of a fun way to do a temporary "wainscotting" in your garage. You could put it up with staples or tape for fun.

Garage is 24 x 26
~$1800 with shipping, 16ft of edging, extra tiles and their acupark.

Accupark is cool:
http://www.racedeck.com/acc_f.html

You can save almost $1/sqft by going direct to racedeck.

You guys are making me so jealous. I made my garage into a TV room for my kids years ago (I'll never do that again)

Anyway, someone posted this on Sunshine Minis, I thought you all might get a kick out of it.

How to park two cars in a one car garage

Very nice!
My garage is 22 x22 with a side storage room that is 8 x 16. I'm going to have to go with the epoxy which will run about $500.00 or the Gfloor mat which I can get for about $1000.00. The tiles will be closer to $2300.00, so I don't think I'll do it.

Annette

Couple of questions:

1 - Is is really 22*22 or 21.5 * 21.5...it can make a 1 tile differenct.

I ended up with 26 extra tiles.

2 - I would also measure from your garage door track to the back of the garage...can potentially save you some.

3 - Did you price direct from RaceDeck? Much cheaper.

Dave

Maybe it was the ULine catalog. They've got the checkerboard tape .
