That's a good question, sorry I don't have a definitive answer for you. Here's my take....it's painted so you'd want to treat it like you would your paint. That goes for all of the dashes not just body color.

I'd start with a microfiber towel and plain old water. Since smooth interior parts really don't get very grimy, you will be unlikely to need anything else.
