I Love Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Wax
I Love Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Wax
It's snowing season here in Milwaukee, Wi. So I did some research on car wax to protect my car's paint. I went to Autozone and pick up a bottle of Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Wax and QD.
I went to a touchless carwash machine and rinsed my baby down. Anyhow, it does a good job except for the wheels ( maybe mine were too dirty
)
Just a fun fact, water that was left on my car instantly became ice when I got out of machine.
I went home, drove into my garage and test out the NXT. Took me about 45 minutes to complete the whole car. Not too bad compare to other waxes that I used before. Easy on and easy off. Shines and darkens my car. To be frank, this is the best wax that I've ever used. Thus, I am just a rookie on this matter
.
Here are some of the pictures that I would like to share after the wax:

I agree, NXT Tech Wax is fantastic stuff. It's inexpensive, readily available, and doesn't need layer after layer just to look good. We use it exclusively at our monthly garage clinics.

Look at this picture. It's a Before and After--well more like an After/Before
The scratched up picture is on the right--note the cobbwebs. I buffed it with a PCDA and a polishing pad using only NXT Tech Wax.
That's one of the coolest things about NXT. Use it with a PCDA that you can buy from Lowes for $99, and you can fully buff out a MINI in 20 minutes--that's the fastest and least painful wax job you will ever have.
In this picture, one of our members, James in the blue shirt, is teaching Nathaniel, the owner of this EB MCS how to properly use the PCDA.
NXT Tech Wax and Meguiar's Rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow what is a big difference. Frankly, here in WI snow every other week so it's very hard for me to keep my car clean and shinny like I wanted it. I just try to protect the paint from the salt and such. However, I would like to get PCDA sometime over the spring or summer, if my budget permits
. OctaneGuy, would you like to share with us how use to the PCDA properly?
