I have an 08 cooper s and I believe the steering wheel is vinyl, just like the seats..which I actually prefer because vinyl doesn't age like leather does at all.. But i am curious on what product and method to use on keeping the steering wheel feeling like new. Its nice and dry and smooth right now and hate that glossy look wheels get over time..

Not sure where you are getting your information, but the Steering Wheel Cover I have on my 2008 MINI Cooper is "Leather"!! Not much to caring for it, just a good Leather Cleaner/Conditioner once a year and then when you do your Interior Detail wipe it down with your interior cleaner, just NOT Windex or Window Cleaner to caustic!!
