You're a good man! Spoil yourself once in awhile...you deserve it.

Thanks!

In fact, I just decided that I'm going to treat myself to a new batch of Belgians...

Waffle Weave Towels are great.

if you can swing it the Metro Air Force Blaster has become a shop favorite.

nobody uses a water blade? I have one of the jelly types, it works great. I can soak my kids from 10' away.

I sometimes use a water blade and or microfibre towels, but usually I use a really big fusion reactor
Its mass (notice I didn't say weight) is about 2000000000000000000000000000000 kg, and it's
about 1,400,000 km wide, and about 250000000000000000 km from my front door.
You can borrow it any time you want to (maybe not at night or when it's cloudy, though).

I like the hands off method; I use my leaf blower and it gets all the water off and out of everywhere. Very fast and no leftover drips..............................

Master Blaster. Chamois and Absorber products drag the wax or sealant right off your car!! Waffle Weave from Detailer's Domain are great if you must dry the car with a towel!!

A Squeegee blade is great for windows and some body trip. It can be somewhat time consuming though if you are a perfectionist like myself.

Water Sprite brand imitation chamois are the best. Buy the big one, cut it in half, use them often, and keep them clean. Been using this brand for over 25 years and swear by them.

OctaneGuy has some new yellow Belgian waffle weave microfiber that are the best towels I have ever used! Believe me when I say I have tried a lot of microfiber drying towels and these are simply the best...absorbant, dry fast and can be wrung out easily.

Is wrung even a word? As in the past tense of wring? Looks weired.

Thanks Chuck! They are MY favorite towels too and everyone that tries them agrees! Plus if you're addicted to Hydro like me, you HAVE to towel dry!

The air blowers are best with a waxed surface. So if you maintain your paint well and keep it waxed, those blowers are a good alternative.

Nrob linked my own favorite towels, my Belgian Waffles.

I use a Griots water blade first, to get off the majority of the water, then spritz with Hydro and wipe with a Griots waffle weave towel. I also use a battery operated leaf blower to blow dry the grill and back black textured areas.
Stoners detailing spray works well to keep those areas treated without actually having to wipe each and every "cell" in the grill.
