Pre Wow

I have a couple questions about the application of pre wow.
1) do I need to use the toothbrush to scrub every part of the plastic or just rub it on with a sponge?
2) how long should I wait before applying black wow?
3) do I need to use pre wow everytime before black wow?
Thanks,
Danny

1.) It depends on the nature of the stain. On textured plastic, the brush gets the PW into the pores and works best. On smooth plastic, rubber, or paint, a painters rag is the best applicator.

2.) You should atleast wait until it's dry since PW will remove BW.

3.) PW was developed to permanently remove wax/polish stains..the stuff that usually never goes away. No you don't need to use it before BW everytime. I would us it anymore I needed to remove a polish/wax stain or paint transfer/scuff on the exterior or interior.
