Anyone tried reaching DP by phone lately? Always an answering machine. I hope all is well because I have left messages with no replies in the last two weeks.

yah, they are a family owned store so sometimes personal matters
overcome their business schedules. i am sure they can fulfill your
orders and answer your questions soon.

you might want to try OG in the mean-time... www.showcardetailing.com

Although we've definitely had alot going on lately, we are still available and calling folks back.

We honestly don't know of anyone we've not called back within a business day or two (unless it was on my delivery day!).

Please do be sure to leave your name, number and the general reason for your call.

We do receive tons of calls from sales solicitors (read: commercial phone spammers) who are known for leaving very little information. We simply can't call all of these jokers back and still have time to take care of our actual customers. So, if a message happens to sound like it might be Joe Schmo from XYZ company trying to sell us something, then we are not likely to return the call. So, that's why we ask on our voicemail greeting for you to leave information about why you're calling.

I'm not suggesting that you haven't been leaving details when you call but your post made me think of this and I thought I'd mention it for everyone to read... it just helps us provide better customer service.

I do apologize that you feel ignored. It's certainly not our intention!

Also, just to make sure, here's our toll-free number: 1-800-405-9970.

Please try us again!

-Heather

I did leave my name and number but never got a call back, but given that I now know the rest of the story, I certainly can understand. Regardless my order snafu was corrected and I received the missing item in the mail yesterday. Many thanks I am and have been a very satisfied customer! CONGRATS on the new member to the DP family.

Thanks for the understanding. There's a lot going on with just a little bit of sleep in between. This baby stuff is difficult.

I get on autopilot and must have passed your vm on without mentioning a return call. Looks like our process needs a little tweaking. Sorry about the hassle.

I've got 2 under the age of 5. Sleep is a memory............ sweet, sweet memory.

On the plus side, my (almost 5 yr old) daughter loves to help me wash the MINI. She knows my detailing products, and was very concerned when I skipped my old wax and went straight to Hydro (although she loves the smell). She is "in charge" of pre-spraying with the hose. Also, I bought her a MF washmitt all her own, and assign her one wheel to clean. She is so proud when she shows people "her wheel". (I just make sure she never sees me re-washing and waxing it. )
