Biodegradable Car Wash Soap

Does anyone have any suggestions for a car wash soap that is biodegradable? I get a bit concerned watching chemicals wash down the driveway. Mystique is great, but I assume it is not all that earth friendly. Sometimes I go to the local coin wash and use mystique there. At least there is a drain.

Thanks!

For the past two years I've taken my remaining wash bucket water with Mystique in it and dumped it on my shrubs and trees. They are all doing great and growing very well.
I'm not saying Mystique is earth-friendly but it hasn't hurt my piece of the earth at all.

Checked out my bottle of ICE Car Wash...Can't see where it says "Biodegradable"...don't know if it's required by LAW yet since WA has just now 'DROPPED THE BOMB" on car washing.

Ordered Griot's Spray-on Car Wash and MF, so at least Molly will be smiling this Winter!!

Any of the car care products from Amway are very eco-friendly. I've been using them for years and they do a great job. I pour the left over soapy water over the plants in our garden and they seem to like it. As well, I always get compliments on how well my car looks after I wash it. It is also very concentrated....one litre of car wash makes 200 gallons of cleaner.

All detergents are "biodegradeable" now. No harm to the enviroment. Remember that they used Dawn to clean up the animals and beaches after oil spills.

Some brands that advertise as bio-degradable and phosphate free are:

(in no particular order)

Sonus
Zymol
3M
Dupont #7
KG-24
The Treatment

i think we should all pour our leftover soap into the storm drain and
watch the bubbles come out of our ponds.

Prima Mystique is biodegradable and earth friendly.

(it's also MiniMaybee's shrub-friendly too!)
