Mostly Prima products... Mystique car wash, Swirl/Amigo polishes, Epic wax, Banana Gloss wax on top of that for a little carnuba that adds depth. And Griot's Speed Shine as my Quick Detailer.

And of course, besides the weekly washing and daily QDs, clay bar to remove surface contaminants and the R/O buffer with the polishes once or twice a year for a major detailing.

I look at it this way, ofioliti.... if I haven't seen pics of your spotless and shiney MINI on this forum before your nomination, then you don't deserve to be in The Hall of Fame.

I've seen lots of pictures of ken's, mark's, and Mel's MINIs.

I'll have to email Warped for a pic. I'm sure he's busy with last minute prepping for the GWR 500 event happening this weekend. Of course we just had hours of huge amounts of well needed rain. He may be out washing/waxing again.

I don't have a filter. Hell, that's a cheap ol' point and shoot digital.

I spend too much money on detailing products to buy a fancy camera.

There are pix in my gallery from the Dragon this year. I drove up Wednesday and washed Tug as soon as I registered for my room then the next morning after Mike from Aesthetic Creations installed the stripes, I washed him again for his first ride on the Dragon. In fact, I washed him at least once every day I was there.

Hey, Ken... Mel... I have a pending nomination on ofoilotolitiliofiliti.

I need a vote from one of you !! I can't remember who already voted and I don't really care anyway, I just need two "YES" votes.

One more "yes" vote ???

FYI: Tug will undergo a complete detailing starting before sunrise tomorrow morning. This time I will wear sunscreen Donia! Dammit. Maybe a sombrero too if I can find one. I still look like a raccoon from the MCASS event two weeks ago!

Those of you who are coming to the GWR500 event will get to see him in all his shiny glory Saturday AM at the gate to the event. He will be sporting GIANT versions of the event sticker on his quarter glass. Bring your welder's masks, you're going to need them! Drive SLOWLY near him so you don't stir up dust! Dust stirrers will be flogged! Twice. Seriously!

Yes, please wear lots of sunscreen while doing what you do to Tug over and over and over and over again. How many coats are you putting on? Using Ice this time? Ice on, ice off.

Welder's mask huh?

I'm not that OC about cleaning Tug. Geez... Ice? I don't like ice in my tea or on my car. IMHO it ruins both of them. Waters down the tea and on the car, well... it isn't a Prima product and therefore, it SUCKS! Yes, you will need a welder's mask near Tug. Do you doubt me?

Oooh, thanks for the nomination and acceptance.

I have to confess though that the MINI is actually dirty right now as I have been motoring in the rain the past couple of days.

So, I don't have new pics ... this will have to do for now.

Oh, and I am now working on a table that might help folks here especially the noobs.

That's a pretty nice pic... very clean, decent reflection.

But what the hell kind of acceptance speech was THAT ? My MINI is dirty right now ?! Rain ? That doesn't stop an OCDetailer from having a clean MINI !! Ruh-Roh... may have been a little premature for ofioliti in The Hall.

Now, get out there and wash and Hydro that MINI !!

im a little late to the game but i to vote ofioliti as OCD.

the reason? the dedication to care for white wheels on a MCS.
that is like taking care of a chicken in a cleanroom.
