Not only do I have a can of Stoner's Invisible Glass in the car, it's in the rear cup holder, with a cloth in the rear passenger seat pocket!

Embrace your feelings Luke, come to the darkside...

BTW, I'm assuming your microfiber for the paint is in the driver seat back but which cupholder is the quick detailer in?

I have my glass cloth, cleaner, QD, and monster fluffy in an army CLS bag that I keep behind my seat

...The rear cupholder on the centre console -- that's where the Stoner's lives.

I had some sort of haze/chemical on my window that was driving me crazy. Last night I clayed, used Clarity, and followed up with a spritz of Hydro. Haze was not only gone but the window repelled water like it does with RainX (except it didn't streak as much with the wipers). I call that a hit. It's also the first time I've seen Clarity live up to the billing. I had been considering going back to Stoners (and still might).

clarity is great on tints too. it kinda lubricates so your glass towel does not
catch the film. nice touch.

OK, new MINI owner here. Had lots of fun the last couple days squashing bugs with my windshield, but now have to clean them off. To make it just a little more complicated, I was forced to travel a dirt road yesterday (no gun to my head, but close). So I have a fair amount of dust to deal with.

I got the Stoners Invisible Glasss (foam). I got a glass microfiber cloth. I tested a small portion of the rear side window. Didn't look good. Felt like maybe I was scratching it but light was getting low so I couldn't tell for sure.

Should I spray the car off first? Am I just not using enough IG? Other ideas?

Thanks.

Testwoods...I think you will want to get the dust off before using the Stoner. If you don't want to go the whole wash route, then try sponging off the dust from the glass, then clean it.

Did you get any Clarity with your DP order?? That works as good as the Stoner Invisable Glass. I use both!!

CLARITY!!!!

I just tried Clarity. It is truly amazing. I honestly had to check if my side window was up at one point -- I could not see the glass. This is the best window cleaner I have ever used!

Amen. Used Invisible Glass for a long time and it works. in fact it works so well that my go-every-where sidekick tests to see if the glass is really there and leaves at least one nose print on the inside glass.

Just tried "Slick" on my windows today, after I used it to QD the hood of my car. Looks good as well.

When I use windex it leaves a film on the glass. I will try stoners and see what happens.

White Viniger and water is best

Just put 1/4 white viniger to warm water for the best glass cleaner you will ever need. If the window is really dirty use crumpled up newspaper to clean it.

Mine did too. I wonder why I don't?

Vinegar is very acidic -- might this cause problems?

+1, I was just about to post recommending Slick. Give it a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Cleans, sparkles, and sheds water.

Thanks! Yes, she has a charger, but in So Cal, she DOES get driven a lot, esp. during this 10 year draught we're having!

Stoners, Clarity and RainX are all good products, but one warning if you use the last one: It does not play nice with silicone wiper blades. Funny streaks, that only come out when it rains...

One caveat about RainX, if you have a DoD sticker (and maybe other similar stickers), RainX will disolve the ink and you'll have to go get a new one. This includes RainX windscreen washer fluid.
